The Andriod Marketplace has 2 Guildwars Apps for skill lookup. One is kinda glitchy and the skill names are in German, but the one I use is called Guild Wars Skill Reference. I find it very useful as it links perfectly with the skills page on wiki. The developer keeps the skills descriptions up to date as well. The day after the derv overhaul it had a update with all the new descriptions. I give it 4 stars.
